Calgary Science School Granted 15 Year Charter Renewal

By darrell.l on September 7th, 2012Effective September 1, 2012, the Minister of Education, Jeff Johnson, has granted the Calgary Science School a 15-year renewal term, the maximum term allowed, effective through August 31, 2027. In granting the charter renewal, Minister Johnson specifically recognized the Calgary Science School’s 13-year record of significant progress. A 15-year charter affords the school the opportunity to take significant long-term steps forward in reaching the goals of our charter.  We invite all students, staff and parents to join us in celebrating this significant milestone.  The charter is available for viewing here.
