Donations and Support
We sincerely appreciate the generosity of those who are able to provide their time, financial donations and/or gifts to help support our innovative and highly effective school. There are many ways to donate to and support the important work of the school.
Tax Receipts for Donations over $25
As a registered charitable society, the Calgary Science School Society can issue tax receipts for donations over $25. More details will be presented on this page in the coming weeks, but donors do have the opportunity to direct the donation to a particular aspect of our school or our program. Please contact the school office if you would like to make a donation to support our innovative programming.
Matching Donations
Many companies and businesses match employee donations to a registered charity. We encourage parents and other family members of CSS students to investigate whether their employer offers such a donation-matching program.
Gifts
There are opportunities to support the important and impactful work of the school through gifts. If you are in a position to assist the school in this manner, please contact school administration to discuss your thoughts.
Volunteering
Giving of one’s time is a donation that is always valued and appreciated. There are many ongoing opportunities to volunteer in the school in addition to some of the more periodic occasions, such as our annual work bees. Please see our page on volunteering for more information.
